I appreciate that Chris did let me voice my concers and tried to offer the best advice that he could for the situation I was in and also did let me come back so they could hook up my back up sensors that did not get reconnected free of charge. However the work done on the car and the condition it was returned in out weighs that.

The paint does not match what the original color was painted in, the quality of the replacement bumper is sub par having burrs, concaves and divits in it that are not consistent with the OEM body lines and spacing on the car. Also the chrome accent piece sticks out tremendously on the passenger and driver side that is supposed to be flush with the bumper. It was not a repair comparable to the condition of the vehicle prior to the damage. I have sent documentation to my claims agent Judy Jones.

Pretty good job minus the sticker that was placed on bumper it has air bubbles and hopefully will stay on and not eventually fall off

I was amazed by Matt and his team they were completely booked but still worked my car in between his other customers he had scheduled. He estimated one month for all the repairs but car was finished in 2 weeks I was so very pleased with their service. They were super professional and helped with all my needs. Kept great contact and kept me up to date on the car while being repaired. Will highly recommend them

We were going on vacation and they allowed us to leave our car and work it in when there was time. Otherwise booking for repairs was Jan. Wonderful to have our car when we returned.
