Personal interactions and communication via phone were great. Their automatic emails regarding status of repair were addressed to my wife instead of me and some of the info contradicted what I had discussed with someone on the phone.

I am extremely satisfied with the repair work done on my Camry.As well as the cleaning inside and out. I felt like I was driving a new car out of the shop! Also I appreciate Matt and his excellent customer service skills. I will return again when the need arises and would highly recomnend Baraldi's.
