Berks Auto Collision is truly the best in Berks! Had work done at a number of shops in the area, and most are at least a little disappointing, if not terribly disappointing…but in as many times as I used BAC, I’ve never had anything but wonderful experiences with them! Would highly recommend.

I have not climbed all over the workmanship yet. It appears to be ok. The lack of communication was terrible. Actually, there was none. If I did not call, I would not have known anything. I was told friday that my truck should be completed but do not come for it unless "I call you and tell you its done." 3xs Then I get an email from Allstate telling my truck is complete. So, I took the drive over and there my truck sat with the keys in it and paperwork. No phone call! The truck has a strong smell in it. I look in the back seat and there is a bottle of pink spray liquid on the seat, and it leaked out onto the cloth seat and stained it. Now what do I do about that?

Janelle was amazing she gave updates on my vehicle every step of the way. All of the staff there are highly professional and qualified. My 2017 KIA looks brand new!

Perfection! I asked not to replace a window that was scratched thinking it would save me $75. However, they cut it by $150 because of less labor. Total honesty. This is my second repair and they are wonderful!
