Big thanks to Josh, he helped me right away with an estimate, he told me when the drop off was and very communicative. Told me everything I needed to do with the insurance, he is very helpful with instructions, also was making sure insurance was in the loop and all. Ivy was a huge help as well!! (besides the automatic messages) She was very patient, straightforward and helpful. she called me to keep me updated with everything, answered all my questions that I had and made sure to walk me through the steps. (First time having to deal with this) she definitely kept me calm throughout the waiting process.I also loved how the team, cleaned the inside and out of the vehicle. Not only was the car fixed but it was also like I was stepping into a brand new car!! I know it took a while for the job to be completed but it was worth it!! (Bad weather and the holiday season did not help lol) Thank you, for the work you have done. 10/10 recommending to everyone and wouldn’t ask for anyone else!!

Everyone treated us great. The finished work looks real good. Car was washed and clean. All great. The only challenging part was the time it took from when we dropped our car off, until it was completed. I understand the logic, but it’s too bad you’re forced to have to operate like that. Thanks for everything.
