Everyone working at the Berks Auto Collision center hasn been very helpful from start to finish. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting and the services were great! I especially liked that I was kept up to date with what was happening with my car, the different stages that it was put through, until the very end phase when it was time for me to pick it up. Kathy was especially sweet with every message she left me, keeping me updated on the progress of my car. My car looks brand new! And it was an absolute surprise to see that the inside was also cleaned! Iâm a very happy customer!
