Closing in on 11 weeks since the accident and I still don't have my car. Delay after delay because no one can stay organized and do their job efficiently. And now the repairs are complete and Centennial Hyundai is holding my vehicle hostage because of a billing issue with Best Class Auto Body. Seriously people, 11 weeks and you still can't get organized, is this your first ever insurance repair? 3 months of car payments and insurance premiums, but no car. I don't see myself ever returning to either Centennial Hyundai or Best Class Auto Body.
