My only complaint is there was not any communication of what was going to be done and how long it would take. I had to call to find out.

My only complaint is that I was never called after the appraisal to let me know what work needed to be done and how long they anticipated it would take. I had to call them after not hearing from them for 3 business days after I dropped my car off.
