on collection I felt I was not given information as to why I did not receive a detailed report on the damage and work done.. apparently that comes in the mail. It was a matter of take payment. I always use Best Chevrolet for all work on my car and this occasion was stressful and althoughI am happy nwith the work I felt a little let down by the Customer Service.

They did an amazing job fixing and replacing the bumper. However I was told that they would they would wash and vacuum my truck after they completed the repair and it was not done. They also said they were going to take a look at a small scratch/dent on the driver side door. The hospitality was great. The day they looked and gave me an estimate they were very professional. The estimate/quote came in in a timely manner. The people I talked to on the phone were super nice. Just a little disappointed with the other things not being completed like I was told.

I will be recommending Best Collision to friends. The shop manager, who realized in a car guy during our initial meeting, gave me a tour of the shop and showed me the work he had been doing during Covid to renovate the shop (a former parts warehouse), add new paint booths, aligning equipment, frame rack etc etc. The shop was clean, bright, and with new ventilation systems to protect the workers.
