I love the dealership and I especially loved the young woman who waited on me when I came to pick up the vehicle, I think her name was Lee She made me happy that we gave the work to the company

I tried to respond to this already, I could not be happier with my service from best Chevrolet. They did an excellent job. Also when I picked up the vehicle a nice young woman named Lee, I believe that was her name, spoke glowingly about the vehicle. I will definitely use them again for my personal car repairs and purchases.

Best collision did a fantastic job! The work was completed in a timely manner, their communication with me with was excellent, and the work was done to perfection. When I went to pick up the vehicle the best collision representative, I believe her name was Lee met me and raved about my vehicle. This is not something that you hear very often, rave reviews about a 2005 Chevy suburban.... But she made me feel very good about the repairs that they made and was incredibly warm and inviting. So much so, that I will probably use Beth Chevrolet for all future vehicle purchases and dealership repairs. I would appreciate if you passed this information on the best Chevrolet. I could not be happier.

Whether fixing a problem or checking out our new used car, Peter Dodd is the BEST. He is always helpful and goes out of his way to provide us with the BEST care. In this case, we dealt also with the folks in collision, who were super - Alison and Nina and Lee were top notch.

Our car could not be repaired, but the representatives of Hertz and BEST kept us well informed. They were so friendly and happy to assist as we went through a trying process. One of them worked late on a Friday to re-upload our claim which our Insurance Co lost!

I am very satisfied with the work done by Best Chevrolet collision department, and working through the process with MAPFRE insurance. All personnel involved were extremely helpful, however there is a lady named Leigh or Lee whose last name unfortunately I did not get, who should be particularly commended. She works for Best Collision and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process!

When I dropped my vehicle off I told the office to please have the lift gate looked at. Which was not done and when we went to pick up our vehicle we had to speak to a staff member because the lift gate was not operation correctly. This resulted in us not getting our vehicle back. If they had taken the time to inspect the vehicle they would have seen this and had it taken care of the first time. The vehicle was in a rear end collision. Not rocket science the lift gate might be damaged.
