Best Chev is the BEST! The car looks amazing and they went above and beyond! It came back clean and detailed and they even buffed out some purse marks left on the side panels that I could not get out myself. The staff was super friendly, very responsive, professional, and knowledgable. And even got the job done a day earlier than expected! I will definitely go back to them and would recommend them to anyone.

The car was there for about 2 weeks and I did not receive any call or follow up from them about status or estimate for when ready. I finally called myself and was told the car would in fact be ready at 3pm that same day. About an hour before pick up time, I received a call that the car would not be ready at 3pm as they had more work to do and would let me know when ready. I waited 2 more days without any call from them and so called them again at which point they said yes it was ready. Complete lack of communication from them throughout process and for what seemed to me (I could be wrong though as they never told me) to be very minor repairs, it took them about 2 1/2 weeks. Would not recommend using them to others.
