I requested an estimate on repair of a scratch unrelated to the accident. I was told that I would receive an estimate on Monday or Tuesday. I called twice on Wednesday since I had not heard back. The person I spoke with was unaware of my request even though I saw it written on the folder when I dropped off the car. There are also several delays in obtaining parts. I did not receive updates on the delay until I called in response to an automated text message that contradicted what I had been told verbally. The repairs themselves seem to be fine. The lack of communication was very frustrating.

We are very pleased with the end product. We would have felt better about the experience if we’re allowed to be included in the decisions about what work was going to be done. We felt like we were totally voiceless in the process. That said, the end result was as good as we could have expected. We just believe the the decision not to contact the customer before work is begun is a risky proposition.
