Since the day of my accident, when I was rear ended, It was noted that my vehicle appears to be having a mechanical issue, when I call for gas. My car keeps bucking. I never received a requested diagnostic report and my vehicle was returned to me with the same mechanical issue and now a warning light to repair my stabilitrack is/was present on 11-19-21. I had to bring my car back to Best Chevy for additional repairs and diagnostics. My car is still bucking when I call for gas. How about when your customer tells you there is a real issue, with the vehicle you actually look into it and not brush it off. Listen to your customer. Thank You

Mitch was the Collison specialist that assisted me. He was always courteous and informative. He walked me through the process. State Farm Auto Insurance called him for an update on the process. They told me he was the most knowledgeable person they ever spoke to. Best Collison is fortune to have such an excellent employee. I am so grateful for all Mitch did.

The car took almost a week longer than they said it was going to take they ordered the wrong headlight twice it took a lot longer and I was not pleased

My front bumper was not fixed when I went to pick up the car. We were told it was a new bumper the we found out it was not. They didn’t do a front end alignment and I had to drop the car back off for two more days . This is not ok.
