This place does subpar work. My car had to be sent someplace else to get the proper repairs. They swore it was done completely and even. My insurance company backed them up and said they inspected it. My entire rear end was not even assembled and only had one bolt in it. Lexus said the rear would have come off if I tired to pull anything. No under coating on anything sloppy welding job. My car is still messed up will not stay in alignment after 5 alignment. but nothing is being done. My insurance company says it fine.

Was kind of disappointed did talk to the manager and he’s gonna replace a part that was not fixed right and the car was filthy they told me they was gonna wash it and they didn’t. other than that, I guess everything was OK. They fixed it in record time. They said Friday and I got it on Wednesday so that was a plus.

I found my 120 vdc outlet that is supposed to be installed in my truck under my back seat. The location it is supposed to be is open and it doesn't appear that the wire was ever run. My 4x4 sticker is also 6 inches and slightly crooked. I have already been back to have my stickers put on because they were not installed initially. Now I have to take more time off from work to come back for another estimate on time for repairs because nobody is availble after 3pm weekdays

The light they replaced doesn't work and ive been calling for 2 days about it and I'm getting ignored. They had my truck for 42 days the least they could do is make sure everything worked.
