Very courteous and car was great, but.......when I took my car in it was missing 1 hubcap due to the accident, the insurance company would not pay for a new set, they put the old ones back on. En route going back to work I only had , apparently they flew off

Even though the repairs took way longer than originally estimated and we encountered unexpected cost we were kept up to date on everything going on. We received frequent text updates which were awesome and whenever we received a call everyone was friendly and professional! Chris did an amazing job!

Better Collision saved my car and my sanity! I just knew my car was totaled, but Chris and his team worked hard to make sure I got it back just like it was before my accident. They didn’t take long, either!! I still remembered pulling up in my rental and seeing the most beautiful paint job! They even cleaned it on the inside, which is no easy task bc it was covered in dog hair. All throughout the time they had it, the would send frequent tests or call me to let me know how the progress was going! They didn’t cut corners and weee so friendly when I first walked into the shop dazed and upset from my accident. I can’t say enough about how well they handled the whole situation. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they will be the place I take my car to!!! Thanks, guys!!!
