Chris was an absolute dream! He took care of every little detail like it was his own car ! After being greeted and assured by Melissa upfront she sat me down at ease after reviewing all my information and details like I was a VIP guest! The lobby is so appeasing and super comfy! I felt at home after Taylor wrapped up my experience answering THREE MINUTES UNTIL CLOSING DAYS AFTER MY RENTAL WAS RETURNED so I could get the correct names for this review!!!! TALK ABOUT OVER THE MOON CUSTOMER SERVICE!?!? Faith in humanity restored!! This is THE PLACE TO GO! Want a wonderful family feel experience and no worries? This is it! 1000%!!!

Was mislead. Discussed painting the vehicle, as other authorized geico body shops instructed me they would do, and received a quote from these body shops for the work. The car was not painted and scratches remain on the vehicle. In addition they gave me a quote with different main hours then geicos bill( Yes, I know the cost per hour is different) Finally, I was in atl and needed to drive 12 hours there and back because I was mislead on the amount of time for the vehicle and went to work for the week. Will be writing a Google review.
