They did not clean my truck from all the sawdust. There was dust in my trunk, driver’s side. It’s okay cause I already planned on thoroughly cleaning my car once I got it back. Other than that everything else was great!

my repair went well except for the fact that the old broken parts were left in my vehicle

When all is said and done the customer care/service lacked professionalism-no one did a final walk around the vehicle and on several occasions we were given incorrect information as to hours of operation which seemed to make it more convenient for the staff than for the customer (was told the faculty closed a half hour earlier than it actually did)

Our wheel balancing wasn’t fixed after the whole repair( the steering wheel has a slight tilt towards left while running straight) trying to reach Gabriel on this matter but couldn’t get hold of him
