They have had my car for over 3 months. Now it is ready and I still can’t pick it up because they did not request the supplements in time to have payment. They just requested a final supplement. My insurance company provided me with the documentation of supplements submitted and one was just sent, yet my car is done and I can’t pick it up. Really unhappy with the amount of time they took to do my car all while I spent $50 a day for a rental.
