I appreciate the work done to address the damage from the accident. However, I am irritated about the new chip in my driver 's-side door, which occurred while my car was in your care. When I contacted Whitney at the front desk to report the damage, my concern was not taken seriously—she simply laughed it off. She took pictures of my car when I dropped it off, and we specifically discussed my driver’s door because a rock hit it less than a week after it was repainted. Even though the chip seems minor, it will lead to rust since it is down to the metal, and it should not have happened. I see this chip every time I open my door, and it's frustrating. Please note that Whitney was helpful and provided good customer service throughout the process, except for this interaction. This is not at all her fault, but it should have been handled differently.
