Again, I cannot give a perfect score for this as this is the second time using this facility for body damage on vehicle vehicles, and there have been issues.

It would have been a perfect score but 2 days after having the car home and going into the back seat, the old broken parts were left in the car instead of being discarded and these were from fender trims so it’s not like they were small.

The team got my repairs completed. Where the damage was located on my vehicle it looks brand new again.

The response from customer service about the details to work needed, ordering and delivery of said replacement piece, the length of time of arrival, from how long the repair might take. All these items and more where relayed to me right away. I appreciate that when another issue came up, I was notified immediately and if I wanted such item repaired the total was readily available.
