I had a great experience with Beverly Coachcraft and I would definitely recommend them to friend! Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice. I think I interacted with Linda the most and she was always so prompt, professional, and helpful!

Had my car from Dec. 13 to Jan. 6 for minor front bumper damage that entailed just replacing front bumper….my insurance rental car coverage ran out because it took too long to complete repairs and return car. Pretty sure they had the car for 2+ weeks waiting to actually start repair. Admittedly it could be supply chain for parts, but I could have been driving it during that timeframe.. Seems like a fixable problem.

Phone communication was absent, service advisor not available when I called. Although it was near to and then over the holidays, having my car from Dec. 13th to Jan. 6 seems inappropriately long for a front bumper replacement.
