We were told we would get the car back March 26 (2 weeks). We were called late April 8 and picked it up April 9. We had to call twice and go twice to get updated. They didn’t keep us informed. One delay was a part had to be ordered but we weren’t informed until we asked what was taking so long. Other than this everything was very good.

The guys were extremely nice and very informative about what had to be done to my vehicle. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would but sometimes that happens when dealing with auto or body shops. I would definitely use B&G the next time I need some work done.
