My experience was disappointing. From the start, I never got to speak directly with an actual estimator. Instead, all communication was handled through a receptionist who struggled to understand and explain the details of my car’s repair estimates. This lack of direct communication made it difficult to get answers to specific questions. My car seems a slight wobble now, which has left me concerned about the quality of the work done. The process felt frustrating with messages relayed through a receptionist who was not equipped to provide the necessary information and could only refer me to the insurance company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Crash Champions to anyone seeking reliable and informative auto repair services.
