I've used your shop prior and my mom as well without issue. But with my experience of waiting 22 days for just a bumper repair, I don't think I would go back. Since my vehicle is a Tesla, I would just go straight to Tesla itself as I don't have rental on my insurance. They would at least be prompt with repair and give me a car in the meantime.

I was told it would be 2-3 days to get parts in and then 2-3 days to fix. It took a total of 22 days to get my car back. I understand you may not be able to order parts until the vehicle is there, but if that's the case, let the customer put a deposit on the parts ordered so you guarantee they will come back. Not having your car for over 21 days just for a bumper replacement is crazy
