Parts of my experience were very positive--regular updates via text during the repair, personal connection with rep while getting car back, offer to buff out future scratches that might occur. What could have been better was the preparation for starting my repair. I had set up an appointment for the start date. I had sent in my insurance paperwork as requested. But when I walked in to deliver my car, I was like a person they had never heard of before, and they had to hunt for my submissions. Small things but just not as organized as my experience with Barnett's in a previous repair.
