The appearance of the repairs look great, but I was told that I am missing 3 bolts that the body shop could not install because they are on back order and that I would have to bring the car back once the bolts arrive. Other than that, the car looks great.

Patriot Body Shop had my car for more than 5 weeks and I mad repeated calls after 3 weeks that the car was in their possession. I only received 2 returned calls over an entire 5 weeks that they had my car.There seemed to be no urgency with speaking to me about my car the entire time.

I cannot say enough good things about Patriot Body Shop. The entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship throughout the repair process. When I got my truck back, it looked absolutely incredible—honestly better than I expected. The attention to detail and quality of work were second to none. It is rare these days to find a business that takes such pride in their work, but Patriot Body Shop exceeded every expectation. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing body or collision work. They truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Patriot is first class in what they do. They corrected body work done by another body shop. They worked with insurance to make sure everything was competed. I would say they have one of the best if not the best paint guys in rankin county. They were able to custom mix paint to match the Oem paint on my Truck.

My car had significant damage along the rear door and quarter panel, including a deep dent right on the body line, and they brought it back to like-new condition. From the start, their team was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. They took the time to walk me through the repair process, set clear expectations, and kept me updated along the way. No runaround, no surprises. The quality of the work is what really stood out. The paint match is spot-on, the body lines are perfectly restored, and you honestly can’t tell there was ever damage there. That’s not easy work, especially with metallic red paint, and they nailed it. Turnaround time was solid, and everything was done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. If you’re looking for a shop that does high-quality work and treats you right, I’d absolutely recommend Patriot Auto Body.
