B&G was the best!!! I would recommend anyone to them. My car looks brand new and the customer service was amazing. I will be using them again, if needed, in the future. I have not 1 complaint.

Just because of the noise in the cabin now due to used parts and pot seal. Also because the shade has to be forced closed now, which was not a problem before. Please call me - Pamela Scott - 601.405.4061 - Customer service was great, but the sunroof does not seem to have a good seal on it like before. It is very noisy (sound of wind) in the cabin now and the shade gets stuck/doesn’t slide back and forth easily like it used to. This may be because the replacement sunroof is used. I was disappointed to learn it was used AFTER the work was done, but I don’t know whose responsibility it was to tell me that. Anyway, I was happy that the work got done sooner than expected and that the overall appearance of the vehicle looked cleaner than it did when I dropped it off. However, the biggest drawback is how noisy it is inside of the cabin now (even with shade closed) and how difficult it is to slide the shade back n forth. These are problems I never had before having this work done. I am a very busy wife and mom of 4 with a full time job and owner of a small business so I have not had time to double back to discuss my concerns, but it’d be nice if someone could call me to see if anything can be done about the two problems that still exist.
