Completely satisfied with the repair; however there are several scratches on my hood that were not there when I took my vehicle in. I called and left a message and I’m still waiting for someone to call me back. I hadn’t followed up because I had a recent death in my family but I’m very concerned. I had a great experience with this repair shop and I don’t want to develop a negative opinion due to this issue.

Todd was great. He let me know that some outer decals was obstructing necessary safety features and how the one on my steering wheel was a major safety concern. He went the extra step by telling me and his concern for my safety will always be remembered and appreciated.

The repairs were great. The only problem i had there were no communication. If i didn’t go by I wouldn’t have known my car was fixed. They had my number because i left it. But it would’ve been a better experience if i was informed more. So repairs i would give a 10
