Dennis was incredibly helpful. We had an unfortunate warranty issue with another company regarding our battery ( unrelated to the repairs from BVF) Dennis was so accommodating and helpful. Its service like his that makes you want to do business with BVF.

I had taken my Explorer to a Ford dealership in Elk Grove because I didn’t think any business in Stockton could be trusted. I had an experience with Big Valley Ford in Stockton. They made all the repairs needed to my car and were extremely kind and helpful. The other Ford dealer damaged my car and acted like they did me a favor by “fixing” the damage they did. It didn’t work. Thank you to Big Valley Ford and the beautiful work you did for me!

My whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. We have used big valley ford collision several times and will be back as needed. I thought it was weird at first to take my Toyota to a ford dealership but they always do an outstanding job and are so accommodating!
