I went in initially somewhat skeptical because of a prior repair from a ‘reputable’ shop. I explained in detail my expectations because the work was supposed to “return the vehicle to its previous quality” -or something to the effect of that at least. Once I saw the work I was actually extremely surprised and happy with the quality of work done. It was as if the bullet never hit the vehicle. So good job big valley ford and to the techs for doing an outstanding job!

They fixed the problem nicely but made a ding in it and didn't fix that...it's a very small ding but come on they should have fixed it before bringing it back
