there was a vent lever that disappeared that now has to be ordered

I was very satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. My Ford truck is a very important part of my daily life and because of such I had a substantial number of questions and a few concerns. Mercedes and the staff at the collision center were very patient and understanding of constant inquiring during the repair process . They happily answered all of my questions and I have to say everything that I was concerned about was addressed and repaired. My truck looks better now than it did before the accident.
