The rear bumper cover that got painted,was supposed to be brand new.it got painted with out checking for damage,there is a 1"gouge that got painted on the brand new bumper cover&when the bumper was re installed the qtr panel was scratched,you can clearly see the brush touch up on the scratch(damage) on the rear right side lower area qtr panel....&when we were told to come pick up the vehicle Mercedes the woman that talked to my wife was very rude &uncooperative in enabling us to pick vehicle, we have small children (ages 2&1)&it's very hard for us to get around so we don't need extra stress......&NO! I won't be going back even if I have to take a loss......very dissatisfied......
