Service adviser was rude and dont care about getting the truck fixed more into of how much he can get from the customer and your service manager is just as rude but it really doesnt matter me and my truck will never be back to your service department ever again

The entire experience was excellent communication was excellent. The repairs were made very quickly. The wait I'm on parts was not that long. Savannah worked with me the whole way and was very professional and knowledgeable. Her communication skills were excellent. She kept me advised regularly on the status and what was going on with ordering the parts and when it came time to schedule the repair, I also want a note that the fleet loaner was immaculate and an excellent condition in the future I will be recommending Bill Curry Ford to all my friends. It was a totally fantastic experience.

Absolutely perfect service experience! From the initial call to pickup, the most courteous, efficient, and customer focused experience I’ve ever had! I live in North Alabama and my son lives down there for school so it was not a normal situation. The team there made it seamless and I will absolutely recommend you all to anyone that will listen!
