Our friends, family, and anyone who asked me about Billy Curry Ford Newer recommend entire facility from the sales to repair. I’m not qualified to work or sustain their work.

From the sales to the repair completely that facility, including staff member, including the manager Courtney finance service manager, sales department, are should never work we purchased a vehicle a raptor next day transmission broke. You never fix my vehicle. You’re playing stupid and ignorant people. I never gonna see them ever again and I recommend recommending no one to purchasing vehicle from them or even servicing in their facility, completely dishonest, low level staff member I’m not satisfy with any of their services and deeply regarding purchasing vehicle from them zero satisfaction

When they finally got started, they did a good job. I waited over 6 months for a dual exhaust system that never came and had to go to Midas Muffler to get that replaced. What was supposed to take 5-7 days to complete, took 4 1/2 weeks. The only good part was that I had a loner vehicle for 3 1/2 weeks
