Unfortunately it took two attempts to get the work done correct. I feel that the problems that occurred were ones that should not have happened since it is a Ford shop working on a Ford car. However, once informed they were fast to fix the problems found.

Poor craftsmanship, tail gate does not line up on both sides, emergency brake cable was not secured back to the frame, writing on the new bumper.electrical cables for the trailer were cut from accident not replaced wires are showing copper.rain card was not replaced, no sand card on the new side of the bed.plastic piece on the cab installed incorrectly.electrical plug broke in accident was not fixed. The actual repair was great. It took several days longer than estimated though. My only complaint is with the recommendation of using Enterprise for a rental car. That was the worst rental car experience I've ever had.
