Communication was non-existent unless I initiated it. This resulted in me being unprepared for an extra week of time in repair that wasn’t shared with me until the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle.

As I said in the last survey, the collision team lacked communication and then stopped communicating with me, causing me to not know about an additional week of work left on my car until the day I was supposed to pick it up. Tom was the saving grace here. He was transparent, kind, and helpful, and understanding of why I was upset about this lack of communication. He was the only person to consistently take my calls after the repair team’s mistake.

From start to finish you guys have been fantastic. We were warmly greeted at the shop. Jovi was beyond remarkable. She always made herself available and answered my questions. The body shop workers did an absolutely amazing job. I left a Yelp review to spread the word how fantastic the experience was.
