The car drives rougher, the sensor still shows that I’ve been in an accident

Customer Service

Told them twice that I, Justin, was having the car fixed. They still had it put in Christina’s name and never called me when it was complete. I suspect they called Christina. However, I called asking for an update and my call was never returned.

My Experience

Wayne did a great job coordinating everything with the other lady’s insurance who hit me. He gave me the info about the rental. He did great with my daughter, as I had to shuffle a car seat around. Great guy.

My Experience

The vehicle was barely completed on the 23rd of December, after recieving update messages stating it would be completed that day. The technician had to be told to only work on my vehicle that day, and no others, but still no guarantee the work would be completed. There were no messages that I received saying anything about any delay in the repair process. My vehicle was completed between 3:30-4 pm that day. The car was washed on the outside, but no detail work had been done on the inside. When the accident had occurred, there was a coffee and cappuccino that was spilled, and was still all over the dash, radio area, and shifter area. The final issue I had when when it was time to pick the car up. I was told that I owed a $500 deductible, even though my insurance company had send paperwork over to the body shop on the 9th of December stating no deductible was owed. The body shop manager was on vacation, and the body shop employees had left for the day, locking up the office, so the paperwork regarding my repairs could no be retrieved. I was forced to call my claims agent so they could verify with the service manager the information I had been giving him. Wasted about 45 mins, when it should've been noted in my repair order to begin with. Overall, the mechanical repair was 2nd to none, and I currently have no issues with the car, however, I was quite dissatisfied with being told of the possibility the car wouldn't be done on time after driving 240 miles and telling Enterprise I would have their vehicle back that day, and the paperwork regarding the deductible and the extra time wasted after sitting there for most of the day.

While the mechanical work performed was 2nd to none, the issue with the message system saying one date of completion compared to when the work was actually planned on being completed was an issue. The other issue I had was when I went to get my key and sign paperwork, I was told that I owed a $500 deductible, after my insurance company sent paperwork on the 9th of December stating no deductible was owed. I insisted there was no deductible, but I had to get a hold of my insurance claims agent so they could verify with the service manager the information I was telling him. He couldn't get into the body shop office to get any of the paperwork as the body shop had left for the day and the door was locked. I wasted yet another 45 minutes in that process, when it should've been noted in the work order to begin with.
