This was my first time having my car fixed at Bill Kay and I would definitely drop off my car for repairs at the same shop again. Wayne made this experience easy, was helpful and easy to work and very informative since my first phone call. I am very pleased with the work that was done with my car, the person who fixed it went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and definitely deserves an extra credit for that. From now on this will be my place to go if I need more work done on my car,hopefully there will no more collisions but in case it happened again I know who to call. Thank you and have a wonderful holiday season!!

When car was picked up it was making a noise so I took it back and they said it needs to be brought back for more work also cars interior is a beige color and the door was really dirty and part of the seat too. I will be taking care in on 11/12 for the noise and to have them clean it. So far I am very disappointed. Pablo
