We repair any make and model car or truck. We offer free Loaner cars upon appointment. We are a direct repair collision shop with several of the top insurance companies in the area and we are the only Subaru Certified Collision Center in the county. We offer 24 hour towing, by calling 315 434 8850. We can help you with every step of the repair process from the accident right to the repair. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. I experienced two accidents a week apart in a brand new car. Bill Rapp Collision was great to work with.

They did a wonderful job matching my paint. I was happy to get the car back washed and semi-cleaned inside. The only small negative comments I have are, I wish they vacuumed better and had a loaner car sooner. I waited a month. Craig and the rest of the crew were very professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
