Craig in the collision repair department is excellent. There were issues with my insurance company getting the car towed to Bill Rapp as they were saying that it had already been done and Craig was very helpful in checking on that claim and discovering that there was an issue with the tow company. He said he walked the whole lot just to make sure he wasn't mistaken, and I really appreciate him for doing that.

Faster repair than area body shops, car looks great. Service manager Craig is friendly, and communications were great. (touch unlock feature on driver door is not functioning after repair, but car has an appt for inspection so no big deal anyway)
