Several reasons for this rating. Kept my vehicle too long for what was technically not a major repair. Broke the windshield during repair. Then added another scratch to the fender during the original body repair. Shortly after, they used touch up paint, very crudely to "fix" a scratch that Service made. Vehicle has been on repair longer than I've had it in my possession.
