Very happy with the work that was done to my pick up and the Detail job that they did inside of my pick up is awesome. However, I found a dent right above my drivers door handle on the outside and I have no way to prove if it was there or not prior to bringing it to billions, but I noticed it on Saturday, and I had only driven it straight from your shop to my house on Wednesday, I would like to come in and talk to you guys about it to see if maybe somebody mentioned something about accidentally hitting my door

I want to commend the team that repaired our equinox. Were a long way from home, pennsylvania, when we hit a deer. Ŵe ŵere told 2 weeks and it was done on time. Looks better than new. Again a huge thank you to all involved

I previously went in as my engine light was on and was dismissed by the mechanic as he went in the car a just reset instead of checking under the hood. Took over 30 days for the repair which I had to pay for the rental. I love Billions as I purchased my vehicle from them. The team in the body shop when I picked up the vehicle were very kind and courteous.

I love knowing that if I have an issue needing repair I have a body shop that will absolutely take care of it. I brought my car in 12 hours after hitting a deer, filled out my paperwork, and less than 10 minutes later, I was on my way home in a rental. They have their own rentals, which makes the process so much smoother than you could imagine - at no extra cost while your car is being repaired. Aaron is diligent and wonderful about helping make sure your insurance company gets all of the contact and information they need, basically making it as easy of a process as it could be. I could not ask for a better way to make an unexpected mishap a smoother experience. Hopefully I seek no further need for body work on my car, but if I did, I know where I will be going!
