Customer service was horrible. Estimated was 6k. Total bill was over 10k and I was never notified of the increase before work was done. They told me upfront the work would take 10-15 days. They had my car over 35 days. Total bait and switch. Never will I do business with Billion again.

Most importantly was regarding the quality of the work which I would say is very good. That being said, the software or whatever is being used to update customers is not a bit useful. Any supposed updates were bogus and when I would call up to confirm what the progress was the body shop front office was very courteous but would tell me they don’t put the updates out, that information was generated by someone or something else. They were nice but it was very confusing. The car looks great and I appreciate everything they did to make that happen.
