I called in and was told that my vehicle was ready and I could pick it up Saturday. I dropped my rental off Saturday and went to the body shop and it was not open on Saturday. So the insurance company reissues my rental. On Monday I return my rental and go into the body shop. Neither one of the receptionist know where my vehicle is or what the status was. I was given a loaner vehicle and sent on my way. I was told I would be updated on Wednesday. I finally received and update on Friday that it was complete. In the meantime I wasted fuel and time checking on progress that should have been provided.
