I liked the end result but the communication wasn’t the best or my expectations are too high. I was told they’d work on it, so I’d be interested in knowing that they did (but I hope to not ever need to find out).

Nick at Billion Auto Shop was absolutely phenomenal! He did an amazing job at keeping me updated through the process, making sure everything was handles with care, and getting me set up with a rental car. Genuinely have zero complaints, and they have just secured a customer for life.

I was involved in a pretty bad accident. My car was in the body shop for 2 months. My car suffered significant damage. I paid almost $19,000 to have it repaired. When I picked my car up, they didn’t bother to check or offer to change my oil or put any gas in the car. As a courtesy, I filled up the loaner vehicle with gas. When I get into my personal vehicle. There was hardly any gas in it at all. To top that off I have to now go get my oil changed after repairs.

The repairs appear fine; however it took a long time, just as it did several months ago when we had other repairs. But the highlight of our service there was Vinny at the front desk who handled all our communications with Billions, arranged the car rental, and even ended up washing our car inside and out himself to ensure it was ready. The car was extremely clean and looked good. One good employee is so valuable to the customer experience. Tim Bjorkman
