I don't have my vehicle back yet as you fail to get it to your southtown location in a timely manner we discussed having this done and i was told not a problem. I had called southtown to ask about it a week later as i had not heard anything and they hadn't seen it yet only then it they got it so I'm still without it

This is the only shop I’ve ever used so I’m unsure if this is normal timing or not. I’m not sure if I’d recommend it.

They did a great job. However, it took them 2 weeks to even get me an estimate on my vehicle. I found this incredibly frustrating considering they didn’t update me until close to that 2 week mark, so I thought they’d been working on it the whole time. Then it took them a little over a month to get it finished from the day I brought it in. The team is very friendly but this estimate timeline was very frustrating as I was told it would likely take 2 weeks total for my car to be finished the day I brought it in. So thanks for everyone who was friendly and communicative. However please be more proactive in the future with estimates.
