It was so easy and streamlined from the beginning!! Eric was awesome with keeping me informed of the process and progress and allowed me a loaner vehicle during the repair….and it was a ‘24 Palisade mind you!! The rental facility was also top notch…I believe it was Tyler? who helped me. My car was scheduled for completion on 6/9 and was completed on 6/6…wow! A bonus was that my car was shiny clean inside and out when I picked it up and Eric pulled the vehicle right up to the door. The young gal at the collision center was super friendly and efficient too. The repair job appears to be top notch…thank you! We have had nothing but extremely pleasant experiences from buying this vehicle, going through car school, oil changes and now an auto body repair. I forgot to mention my loaner car ended up with a nail in the tire, I pulled up at 7am and it was fixed and I was on the road within 30 minutes…thank you!! Thank you Billion Auto for taking care of me!!
