I love how my Palisades looks great again. I appreciate you guys fixing the whole thing, not just what I brought it in for. I greatly appreciate it. I do feel like your team member should mention the process and expectations on if you are using a loaner car, as I had to leave work(on Eastside sioux falls)like 30 mins early and rush to pick up my kids, get the loaner returned, and get to the west side of town by 5:30. Plus I was told it would take 1.5-2 weeks and only took like 2 days.

The entire experience with Billion was great from the time I took my car in for an estimate until I picked it up. It was finished much sooner than expected and it looks just like new. Whe I picked it up it was shiny and clean. Everyone was was very friendly and professional.

Bed of the pickup was put on crooked. More scratches on body than what was brought to them. Micro scratches on the fresh paint they just put on, didn't cover to keep things nice. Abs wire sitting on the exhaust. Both rear brake lines sitting on the exhaust(Dangerous !) Did not install leaf spring shackles correctly. A lot of poor workmanship. The pickup should have NEVER been ok to leave the shop!!!
