Thank you for fixing my Hylander. You did a great job,very pleased with the cleanliness after completed,it looks like a new car! The employees were very nice and knowledgeable and courteous. I also loved the texts sent to me in the mornings about the progress done on my car. I will always go to Billions for my cars ,always have! Thanks again !

The dent was not my fault. It was done by an employee of Billion. The rental car was not even close to being ready when I showed up at 8:00 a.m. yesterday. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was done. Why was a vehicle not there for me? None of this was my issue until you made it my issue. I feel completely disrespected. Shame on you
