The constant and consistent communication really made the difference for me in considering Billion Collision for any future repair needs. A few years ago, I couldn’t have been more displeased- whatever has changed since 2023-2024 please continue…the service I recently received is starkly unmatched. The status updates Eric provided were on time and never made me question he and the team were on top of my repairs. The text messages were very much appreciated and the ability to view the status with contact information online made me feel like Billion is innovative and “with the times”. Eric and the receptionist were always pleasant, courteous, and genuinely responded my all of my questions/inquiries with importance. Genuine, underlined.

Ali was very helpful and was very good at answering all of our questions. Ryan kept us updated and told exactly when our car would be ready. Hopefully we will never have any more collision issues, but if we do, we will make sure we will have our car fixed at Billions Collision Center.
