I don’t even know where to start. I am beyond amazed at the quality craftsmanship that was put into fixing my car that was the unfortunate recipient of a hit-and-run. My entire right side of my car was damaged and scratched, and my alignment was thrown off. I put in my claim through State Farm and selected Birch Street for my repair shop, and I’m so glad I did. It’s like the damage never happened. You never have to follow up with them or wait for calls back, Lori is phenomenal and provides excellent customer service with care and kindness. I was very distressed going into this situation—I had never had one of my cars hit before, but Birch Street was informative and comforting during the entire process.
